Lots of glare and poster looks wrinkled behind the plexiglass

While this frame is not unattractive, it was disappointing on several counts. The plexiglass is highly reflective, so it shows a lot of glare. This picture is hanging right beside a big window, so that’s a huge problem. After installing the poster and putting it up , I noticed that the (high quality) poster paper looked wrinkled around the edges, like it wasn’t being fully pressed against the plexiglass. So I added the thick paper that came with the frame behind my poster. That didn’t help.
