I've read reviews that these brushes are noisier - that's very true. I can probably handle it. What makes me return them is how often the Roomba gets stuck on the carpet. At least 10 times Roomba gave the error "clean brushes". I didn't buy a robot vacuum to keep an eye on. While they are certainly cheaper than the prices of the original iRobots, they are utterly useless if the machine isn't working because of them.
