Review on Cellophane Transparent Wrapping Decorations Anapoliz by Heather Shaw
It's navy blue, not royal blue!
I have bought blue cellophane from other sellers and they all come back in royal blue except this one. This blue is more of a darker blue, still transparent, just a darker blue, maybe with a black undertone. Not a bad color, just not what I expected. I had to replace the blue color I started with because it didn't match.
