This product was easy to install. It took about 45 mins for the initial set up but that was mainly because I had to attach the support arms to the cross bars. Now that they are attached I can get this cross bar attached to my Telluride in about 15 mins.The hardest part is the spacing but the instructions have a detailed diagram of where to place them with measurements.I have not used it yet with any cargo boxes since I am still doing research but this does say that I can support up to 165 lbs if evenly distributed.It comes with 4 sets of key and the actual bracket used an Allen wrench in order to tighten the bolts. So if you lose the included Allen wrench you will be fine.Overall I am pleased with this product.Only time will tell about the overall durability
