Unfortunately I didn't open the item as it was a gift and I was embarrassed this weekend when she opened the box as most of the charms were tarnished. It was a beautiful bracelet and I have bought it as a gift in the past, never had a problem with it. My daughter loved it so she wanted it for her friend who always told her she loved her. I made the mistake of not opening the box as it was a gift and now I'm past the return deadline. If you buy this product, be sure to check it out before you give it away. It really sucks because I need another one to replace it and I'm worried it will be the same problem but this time I'll take a look before I give it away. I am extremely disappointed. I just want to return it and get a replacement. 🥲
