Great product with only one flaw. Sometimes it's difficult to find the edge of the plastic bag to pull through and twist. It would be great if the manufacturer could just put colored tape around the edge for the consumer to pull to start the reel properly. A couple of times I had to pull out almost the entire roll to find the starting edge. I then had to stuff the whole plastic bag back into the container, which hurt my fingers a lot. If there was a colored pull tab to put on, that would be perfect. UPDATE 6/20/09 I have stopped buying this product because the price keeps going up. Now every day I use plastic bags to shovel my trash in, tie the top handles, then toss the bag in my bin outside. The product packages are free and work perfectly. I've also had an issue with the litter box itself for the past few months of using it - it didn't stay closed when I picked it up, so it made an ugly mess when opened in the middle of my room. I don't know if the trash can is worn out or not; All I knew was that I wasn't happy with his performance or the insane cost of gas for him. I like the free shopping bag system that I use now a lot more.
