Whiskey makes nice barware, but it's not the best tool. By holding your fingers on the handle of the device, you actually open the blade holders. When I hold the device as intended, the blade just falls out. I have to keep it close to the blade. It's not ergonomic and it's certainly not easy to cut citrus peel. Stick to whiskey, just not this cleanser.
