Works well. Securely attached to the dashboard of the van I drive. Holds Cell Phone Safely. Some reviewers mention the plastic construction, but I don't see that as a problem. In fact, after a week of use, I was so impressed that I ordered another one for my wife's car! We both have Motorola Moto G phones, and all we have to do is move them slightly off-center so the grip doesn't press on the volume rocker. Very satisfied and would (do) buy again.
