After two weeks of use, I noticed that the suction power is not enough to clean carpets. It picks up next to nothing from carpet but does a good job on hardwood and tile floors. It's a shame it's not powerful enough to clean both hardwood floors and carpets and if I could return it I'd throw the box away already but I keep it to myself and you only use it to clean tiles and wooden floors and order another vacuum cleaner. for carpets.
