Review on Mymahdi MP3/MP4 Portable Player by Chad Delgado

I have returned the item. I couldn't get it to work. The Element turns on fine but is not recognized by my laptop and desktop. I also had an IT person try to connect it but he couldn't so I returned it. It came in nice packaging, with headphones and instructions in English. I was sad it didn't work because it looked and felt like a nickel thing (not cheap). Revain sent me a notification that my refund was processed, but it hasn't returned to my card yet. Although it said to wait 3 to 5 business days. When I tried to get getvit to work it also said no card was inserted.
