Review on Email-to-Anything by Robert Hardin

ETA has been great for us as it is so easy for our team members who are not always tech savvy! Also very user friendly when using out of office hours/ weekends etc which helps with productivity levels!! We have had no issues at all since implementing this into sales process but we do like that there seems to be other features coming soon such an API integration could make life easier if they were working closely together on those releases :) Would definitely recommend considering trying them out - nothing really comes up too much now. Helping automate processes by sending leads directly via eMail instead of manually logging time off each day. I like that it is so easy for me as an admin with limited knowledge of coding languages. It has been very helpful when trying to track down issues within our system after hours/overnight support requests have gone unanswered by their staff! There are some bugs which need fixing but overall its pretty good. We use this software daily across all departments at work - sales team, accounting department etc..
