Ideal for car trips
We used it on a car trip with the headrest holder that came with it. We were able to charge it and watch a movie at the same time. On the first charge, when we opened the box and never plugged it in, we got an hour of playtime. The remote while driving is great for allowing you to play/pause and adjust the volume. Our kid is too small to operate this unit so we really liked the remote control feature so we didn't have to climb in the back seat to play around with it. We probably used it for about 6 hours total on our trip and had no issues.
