I needed a lid to insulate and protect when transporting my multi cookers to sealed cooktops. I have old pans without locking lids and was always concerned about the contents not spilling or sliding out of the car, so I placed the pan on a large baking sheet lined with newspaper and slowly drove to my seat. I saw this carrier and the dimensions seemed to fit my largest pot, also it has an inner mesh with a velcro strap to keep the lid in place. Perfect! The price was right, so I gave it a try. The quality is very good and it works well with my 6 liter with limited space. I also purchased overlapping silicone straps to wrap around the base and lid of the multicooker to hold the lid more securely to avoid spilling contents as there is still room in the holder and I don't think the mesh will do this Keep the lid closed in case of a sudden stop during transportation. Not wanting to spend a fortune on famous transporters as I will only use it to transport food on special occasions, it works well for me hence it deserves 5 stars. The tether fully encloses the body for added security when carrying heavy items. Highly recommended.
