The dress is great. My daughter liked it. She is an average size 10 and was a little big for her in a size 10 which is ok because the waistband allowed us to tighten it to our liking. The blue is light and the skirt is very pretty with a tiered satin finish. I would suggest hanging it in your steam room and running your fingers over the satin finish to make it hang like the picture on the web. She wore it and after a few hours it had no discomfort, we washed it in cold water and dried it and it came out perfect.
