I must have been scared.
Good. Not bad, but a bit dangerous. Plates are free. When you pinch your hair you hear it, and when you pull it together you see it loose. I don't know if it was just me, but oh my god, it smells like fire which scared me. Although I get my hair done with holes and have short hair, I was concerned that the iron might catch fire due to the smell. I will send it back because I was scared.
