I go at least 4-5 days a week. I try to do my 10,000 steps every time I walk. 10,000 steps is about 5.7 miles for me. Last month I ran over a hundred miles in total! So I need good walking shoes. My trusty and comfy Keen Rialtos ($120!) were finally wearing out and I was having a hard time finding a new pair; So I bought them for about 1/3 the price of my Keens. Mind you, I put orthotics in my sandals to relieve Dr. Scholl's Heavy Duty Support for $20 (designed for men over 200 pounds). I use some contact cement to keep them in place (otherwise they slip off my back as I walk). God! The combination of these sandals and Dr. S could not be better! They are so light and comfortable that my feet love them even after many kilometers of running! I have unconditionally given them 5 stars for comfort and value. I gave them 4 stars for durability because they seem strong enough but are "more stretchy" on my feet than Keen's; So I don't know if they expand over time or not. I have already bought my second pair (I usually stock good products).
