I like the easy setup. Much easier than a few other brands I've bought before. All the details are very well connected. We haven't had any leaks between parts it seems. The water filters very quickly, so I was able to drink it in just a few minutes. My whole family has tried and commented on how good the water tastes and I've actually seen my husband drink more water since we got the AquaBliss pitcher. (Which would be a miracle if you knew him). The clock above is great and I prefer it with the countdown of the day. Now we always know when to change our filter system. The size and shape are suitable for our refrigerator. It even fits on the side of our fridge door. I've found I can even water water when there's little filtration left, although I've only done it once and by accident. Overall I am very impressed with this jug and will see if I can purchase a larger one.
