I originally bought this to start making low carb tortillas or tortillas, but now I use it for so much more including making custom pizza crusts! I really liked it and it was the largest diameter press I could find. While it's not exactly cheap, it's proven to be on par with other smaller providers and (based on user reviews) lower quality than this product. I am very satisfied and would recommend it as a gift or buy it again.
