For Gothic girls in the room: NOT HIGHLY PIGMENTED! I've used primer and everything and it's just not that great. It's just "good". You get what you pay for I guess? Glitters are particularly outrageous since they contain NO pigment at all. It's ONLY pressed glitter and it's EVERYWHERE. My eyebrows in the photo are done with a different palette. Only my eyelids are a palette. It's difficult to blend and just doesn't lay down well or open up like I was hoping. Also, the packaging seems cool until you dip your finger in all the colors and try to get it to open.
