This is a very nice way to keep track of my workouts for any event or competition I may be competing in! There isn't anything I dislike about this program, it's easy to use and I love that it automatically updates my stats when I'm working out! The only thing that I wish would be available is a timer so that I can stop counting once I've reached 20 minutes. It has been great! I have found this great app that helps me keep track of how many sets I do, reps, etc. I also like that it automatically uploads my data to Google Sheets, which helps organize all my fitness info. I like that it is easy to use, there are many different options available as well as adding new ones if required. The ease of uploading data from other apps such as Strava has made this program ideal in my opinion. It would be helpful to have some more training sessions or programs created by the developers themselves however, they do offer free support so hopefully that will help! This program can easily upload data for multiple users at once which saves time when logging exercise/workouts.
