This snap hook is poorly constructed and doesn't meet even basic safety standards. The finish on the hook is flaking and rusting within weeks of use, which IS unacceptable for any industrial and scientific application. The only pro is that it is affordable but at the cost of durability and reliability, it`s not worth it..
