Doesn't cool Good for heating, cooling and air quality

Very disappointed with this product, doesn't cool the room at all, even tried it in a small room. It has a temperature sensor that reads the room temperature and I actually watched the room temperature rise. Also, the guide was totally useless, and the water level is hard to see without a flashlight,
