Some of the pies, cakes and cookies I've been baking lately don't come out of the oven like they used to. We just bought a new gas stove. So I bought this oven temperature gauge to check the temperature settings in my oven. The oven temp reading was very different from the new temp probe I bought. I've baked a few dishes again, except I've used a new temperature sensor instead of an oven sensor. Baking went well again. At different settings, the difference reached 10 degrees. That's a big difference. I am delighted with this temperature sensor. It's good.
