Let me start by saying that I mainly use this headset for Zoom/Teams meetings and some gaming. I'm not a serious gamer, so I didn't want to spend $75-$100 on a quality headset. I had a Senty headset that I got as a gift a few years ago and it was good but had its flaws. This headset is actually better than this one. First, the sound quality is what I expected, good and clear. I know it won't sound like Sony or Bose speaker quality, but it was actually pretty great for what it was. I didn't have any problems with the microphone either. Whether I was on the phone or playing a game with friends, nobody on the other side had a hearing problem. Setup was easy too, just take it out of the box and plug it into your PC. There are also some other cables, like AV cables, but I haven't used them. All in all this headset will do what you need it to do and I think it will impress you for the price.
