This opener does not work as well as the original bunny. Jams almost every time trying to pull or remove cork from corkscrew. We open about 8 bottles a month. I bought it mid-April so maybe opened 50 bottles before it was so sticky that I broke it while using it. If you spend less than $45 on a rabbit, you'll end up with a cheap metal or plastic pot that won't last long. I just bought a replacement from Sur la Table for $50.
