Review on Ignite Social Media by Aaron Urena

I've worked as an intern at ignite in 2015-2016; it was my first job out of college (I'm currently working full time). The team has been very helpful! They are always willing to answer questions or give suggestions about how we can improve our campaigns/content strategy. It's not easy being new - you have to be able to take criticism well but also know when someone just wants your opinion without any intention behind their question. Don't hesitate if this opportunity comes along once again because they will definitely offer another chance after seeing what kind of impact you had during previous internship experience. We were looking into ways of increasing engagement within specific audiences who may otherwise never interact online through traditional means such as TV ads etc., so ignites approach fit perfectly with those goals.
