There are pros and cons, think before buying.

Although I highly doubt that in this country there is "support" for this brand - there are only hucksters pretending to be officials with a crooked one-pager, torn clean off from the official Vertagear website. In the "contacts" section, there is a link to the site of some Roga i Hopy LLC, which did not even bother with issuing an SSL certificate for its site. After an unsuccessful attempt to contact the 2022 "support" by e-mail, I turned to the US officials without much hope. However, the guys answered, requested a video with a demonstration of the malfunction, asked to describe in detail the operating experience and the background of the breakdown. Separately, he specified that I was outside the USA - the guys said that they would send the spare part without any problems . as soon as it appeared in the warehouse. I have been waiting for the delivery of the spare part for 3 months now, I don’t have any special hopes, but at least they write me an email about once every 2 weeks and apologize for the delay.

Is it worth buying - yes, if you are not afraid to work a little with your hands and are not afraid of the complete absence of post-sales communication from a reseller in 2022. The materials and assembly are of high quality, of the significant disadvantages, I could only single out this bolt, which is discussed in the "disadvantages". Everything else works well.

PS If suddenly a representative of a 2022 reseller reads this comment and wants to rectify the situation, instead of apologizing, it’s better to answer something to my letter that I sent you back on June 17 or chat with our American colleagues about the joint resolution of ticket #40992 from their ticket system. Thank you.

Pros

The design of the chair, the convenience of landing (except for the height), the number of adjustments, rubberized wheels, very high-quality cross and gas lift (they didn’t bend or backlash under my weight of 130 kg in nine months). For 9 months of operation, the skin material has not deteriorated. The build quality is not bad - in 9 months the chair did not start to play (with the exception of a breakdown in one place - about this in the "flaws"), the wheels did not fly off, the leatherette did not spread along the lines.

Cons

At this length of the seat, the lumbar pillow is useless (well, or I'm too fat, lol). Weak swing mechanism, one of the bolts for 6 months of use licked and very unexpectedly fell out (at the same time, the thread inside the hole where it is screwed, oddly enough, is alive), the mechanism stopped fixing the maximum angle of inclination of the seat and when landing on it, there is a probability tending to 100 % of surprise to fly with the back of the head into the parquet. Fortunately, the thread is not metric, a suitable bolt made of hardened steel was found in the nearest hardware store, after which the original one was replaced and the chair continues to serve faithfully. The minimum seating height is too high even for me with a height of 185, although if you literally put a stack of paper under your feet or slide a little and make a “reclining” position, then the chair immediately becomes very, very comfortable. Disgusting support even on the official American site, but at least it answers requests, unlike the 2022 one, which, apparently, does not even read e-mail.
