If you live in California (especially San Francisco) save yourself a $210 fine for not having a front decal. Worth it if you use a winch. Nobody stole my plate, you don't need tools, but people say it could happen. I really wish it came bundled with some non-wing nut fasteners for safety, but they don't advertise it and you can buy them at a hardware store for less than $1 if you think you need them.
