Looks great and solid but ultimately disappointing

I went back and changed my rating from five stars to three because it doesn't hold up flat. I put my tablet down and it starts spinning left or right, it doesn't stay horizontal. I put it together correctly, I went through it again and again, checking the back, making sure it was screwed on properly and twisting it a few times to see if it was tight. But nothing works, I am very dissatisfied with it
