Used it to enlarge the silicone gasket on my '03 Corolla's new valve cover. Difficult to squeeze the tube (requires a lot of force) and still have a steady hand to apply the material in a straight line. I found it easiest to use slide clamps to gently apply plenty of pressure to the vial to force the contents out so I could focus on the exact line of curvature. Steps: clean old gasket material (took me a few days), apply to the inverted cover, then insert the gasket, remove the excess with acetone, apply another coat to the gasket, place on the engine, hand tighten the screws and can after 1 hour to the correct tightening torque according to the packaging. For the 2003 Corolla S, every 10mm and torque specs are: 2 center bolts = 96 lb-in, perimeter bolts = 80 lb-in (note that 1 unique bolt is on the driver's side front; this bolt goes through the engine cover).
