Pretty good for the most part
I bought these for the menopausal women in my office. No one can ever find the right temperature. huge hit! Worth the money not to hear any complaints. (I'll be there one day I'm sure) Out of the six I bought, 1 broke after 2 weeks. Not sure if it was an accident but the rest are used all day every day and still work.
