Small fan rather than air conditioner

This is more of a fan than air conditioner. The air conditioner removes moisture from the air; It's the other way around - it uses a water basin along with a fan, so it's actually adding moisture, if anything. It works well as a fan, but the added water doesn't particularly affect the air temperature. Also be very careful when moving it - water will flow out if you move it.
