This stuff really works and lasts a long time. I had a major blockage that lasted about 5 years! It doesn't take much to revive old hard sound. Even dry, crumbly clay that no longer even sticks together can be used. It takes a lot of kneading to get there though, so be patient. If you use too much it will become too soft and sticky. I didn't actually measure, but I think I'll start with 3 parts clay to 1 part conditioner. Just enough to fit in the palm of your hand so you don't spill pieces all over the place. Once you've mixed most of the lumps and there aren't any big hard chunks left, you can start rolling them through the pasta roller on the thickest setting. After 10-15x it will look really good!
