The product does not retain helium due to holes in the cylinder.
I wouldn't buy it again. Number 1 had a hole and I had to buy number 1 again from a shop that filled balloons for me. It didn't match two zeros. Then one of the 0's was punctured and flat 2 hours after the 100th birthday party.
