I just started using this drive. I was hoping this would be an easy way to move large files from phone to computer without uploading them to the cloud. However, on day one, the handle on the sliding mechanism that moves the USB and phone ports back and forth broke. Serious? this makes it even more difficult to paste into my computer. Also, my Android device still doesn't recognize this drive. Update May 12, 2021 - I returned this defective drive and received a refund. Then, after a long search, I bought another record and was very happy with it. I keep blocking every email but it keeps coming from different email addresses. This definitely confirms that this is NOT a company I will ever buy from again. DO NOT BUY! RUN AHEAD OF THEM.
