Two out of four were defective

Two of the four were broken right out of the box. Two viable felts are cheaply made and are likely to fail in a short time. I highly recommend buying higher quality bushings if you have the desire to use them more than once or twice.

Item arrived with package torn open, and missing the hex nuts needed to secure the jack.
