Missing parts on my review.
It came with the wrong instructions to start off with. Then when it was all done, you put the crystals on and we are missing 5. Walmart won't do anything, not even a partial refund, I am not about to take down the entire fan to return to get a new one. We are trying to find the company to get replacement ones. It is beautiful, but looks pretty dumb with missing crystals. I am not sure what to do at this point. My advice is to count all the holes and the crystals before installation. It's a hassle but better than putting it up like we did and having missing crystals.
