Bought this phone in September. In November, one of the charging stations stopped charging one of the phones. I tried contacting Panasonic and got a response that I would have to hold the line for more than 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. The automated system then informed me that I would be charged more than $9 for this privilege. I tried chatting to Panasonic about the issue and every time I entered my information the information was erased and I had to fill out the information fields only for it to reoccur. Product support stinks. The base charger shouldn't have failed in less than 2 months and it's terrible phone support when they want to charge you to fix a problem you shouldn't have in the first place. I'll try mailing it and see if I can get something, but buyers beware, Panasonic isn't customer friendly.
