The ability to create multiple user profiles for each member of my team, allowing us all access without having separate logins is great! Also it's easy enough that even non-techies can use them with little training needed.
I wish there was an easier way to keep track or see who has logged in when using single platform so we could easily find out if someone had been working remotely recently but other than those two things they are very useful tools! Being able to have one place where everyone logs into their work accounts (including personal) makes our jobs much more efficient as well since everything now goes through this portal instead of logging onto different sites individually.
