I like that we can manage our schedule from any where in almost real time. We also have a calendar app to see what other people are working on at all times. Sometimes there is lag when you try to click on an employee's schedule so it takes some time before they show up in your view of their schedule. It would be nice if we could share schedules with eachothers without having them pop into the users' personal views instead of just seeing everyone else's together as one big group. Being able to track who has worked which task helps us better organize ourselves.
