Back earring pierced 1 year old's ear. Earrings have a very small back. It slipped into her ear and made a big hole. I try to pull it out but it won't budge. It's the weekend so I have to wait until Monday for her doctor to remove it. Take my advice and don't buy. Even when I took off the earrings, the so-called gold was brown and rusty.
