I love this item, I use it to make a large salad that lasts 3 days for 2 people. It takes me about 6 minutes to cook tomatoes, green peppers, onions, cucumbers, radishes, zucchini and whatever else I want to put in it. It took me several times to figure it out. I haven't figured out fries yet. I had a mess with them, I used sweet potatoes. I will continue
