Review on Heat Pads with 3 Heating Levels, 4 Hours Auto Shut-Off - Electric Heating Pad, Mouse Pad, Warm Desk Pad, Extended Edition Gaming Mouse Mat, Foot Warmer Pad, Table Warm Pad by Gene Evans

Not bad, but not great either.

I really like having warm hands for my hands (which are always cold in my office), but there are a few things prospective buyers should be aware of: 1. On any setting (low , medium or high) concentrates most of the heat in the center of the pad. About 4" x 15" square. The rest gets pretty warm, but the middle part gets HOT!2. Because I use the keyboard and palm rest (directly in the hottest area), the heat causes the palm rest to warp and the keyboard to get uncomfortably hot.3. Because of #1 and #2, I ONLY use this pad on the lowest setting4 now. All cushion edges fold up after the first hours of operation. This is very annoying. I would personally recommend trying a different product in hopes of finding one with more even heat distribution and better materials.
