2nd time with

I've ordered this in the past and never had a problem. I bought more and tried to make my sister's wedding favors out of them, but the vinyl didn't cut. I've tried 2 different ways of cutting and still nothing and I'm ruining the 3 sheets I received. Very disappointed for the second time. I used the Cricut tools to cut the vinyl but it didn't work. I made 2 different hearts.
