Item broke after only 2 months of use

This item was bought for the best quality and only lasted 2 months it broke for no reason over the weekend I paid $10 for the last case and it is still good after 5 years and this one i bought for the quality and style and it was just a bad poorly made item. I never give bad reviews but I really liked this one :( Because I like the cross body idea and also the silly map pocket design, if you wear it backwards it has a latch but still it shouldn't be on your feet at the risk of losing your belongings.
