Biggest disappointment

I bought the controller first and it came with the L2 and L1 defective so they sent me a replacement. I got it and it was cool for a minute until the controller buttons started lagging. When I press the button I don't see the result until 3 seconds later. I have to press certain keys to make it work. Very disappointed with this whole controller, I will never buy it again nor recommend it. Just stick with the regular PS4 controller.
