So cute. My child needs long shirt dresses over leggings. She's a petite 4T, but very tall. They are true to size as they have little room to grow. They would fit a regular 4T perfectly. The 3T also fits my petite 4 year old, but the 3T shoulders probably won't fit this summer (it's winter now).
