I bought these to give medicine to my dog. She needs 1/8 teaspoon of one powdered medicine and 1/16 of another to sprinkle over her food daily. Unfortunately, the scoop is reported to be 1/8 of a measure closer to 1/4, and the pinch isn't 1/16, but it completely fills my other standard 1/8 teaspoon. Considering they are intended to be used for healing, I am very glad I checked them out before using them to dose my pup with medication!
