Review on 🔌 Open Source ViewTool Ginkgo USB-CAN Interface Adapter with 2500VRMS Isolation - Supports Windows, Linux, MAC, Android, Raspberry Pi - USB-CAN Analyzer by Juan Crane

Documentation and UI are terrible. Nothing went well. Here are all the problems I had: (1) There is a software download link in the user manual, but it's for USB-I2C, not USB-CAN. I found it easily on their website but why not check out their documentation. (2) When I downloaded the correct software I saw a terrible user interface. All elements were scaled incorrectly. Little ticks in boxes too small to see. Rows in a table that were compressed vertically and had to be resized manually to be displayed. (3) The manual says I should initialize the interface as "shown below". But the figure shows only a screenshot of the window, which is not immediately visible in the main window - because all the text is so compressed that nothing can be seen. And when I finally found the "Init Device" button, it gave me "Device Open Fail!" Error. So I reloaded drivers and software and got the same result every time. The documentation is useless and therefore I cannot use this product. i give it back
