After initially discovering product defects, I contacted AMAZON for a replacement/refund. I was given an answer. AMAZON asked me what I did to solve my problems. mmm I paid for it.? I think expecting products to be out of the box and out of the box is asking too much? As a 15 year old customer I have to say this is by far the worst customer service experience I have had with AMAZON. So, without permission from Amazon: I had to completely disassemble the back panel and (hot) glue the components and the panel (box) back together. With the right placement of the touch buttons in place. I then plugged it into a standard US outlet. It works now, but I'm not very optimistic about the longevity of the product. Sequel follows.
